VOCABULARY, July 8th

Vocabulary building is important for both reading comprehension and writing. Use the following two words (note the part of speech) in one sentence.

retort (noun) + supercilious (adjective)

The experiment that I performed, using the retort in the laboratory has made me supercilious.

Sariyat: Interesting--you used a different meaning for 'retort' than the most common one. Good sentence:-)
