GRAMMAR QUESTION, Feb. 24th, 2010

Correct the errors in the following sentence:

The commentator said its the most unique program was skated at the competition and they are skating unbelievable therefore it hasn't been surprised that the audience have given them the standing ovation.

MARTHA:You caught some of the problems, but there is difficulty with the meaning here--in particular think about nouns and pronoun agreement;-)
SAADAT:You also need to think about meaning and pronoun usage--good try;-)

UZMA: There are some good changes here, but now think about word usage, word form, and pronoun reference;-)
STEPHANIE:You, too, have made some good changes, but you have introduced an error, and haven't yet solved the word usage, form, and pronoun reference problems;-)

STEPHANIE: That's a bit better, but there's still a usage and pronoun reference error;-)
MARTHA: A "meaning" error is the same as word usage error--so you have the same mistake everyone else has been making--the rest is good;-)
