Yes this is Kayleigh, I realized after that I had switched whose car was in the Garage
Samir is lending his car to his brother, who has been borrowing the car while his old model car is in the garage for repairs.
Samir has been lending his car to his brother, who is borrowing the car while his car is in the garage for repairs.
Jeff: the second one is better because it is a little briefer; but not that you have changed the "time" in these answers.
