Samirs is always lending his car to his brother who lets him borrow it while his old model is in the garage for repairs.
Samir is always lending his car to his brother while his brothers older model is in the garage for repairs.

Sara: You're on the right track here.Check punctuation and word form.
Yes this is Kayleigh, I realized after that I had switched whose car was in the Garage
Samir is lending his car to his brother, who has been borrowing the car while his old model car is in the garage for repairs.
Samir has been lending his car to his brother, who is borrowing the car while his car is in the garage for repairs.
