#2 Many people will be watching the Winter Olympic Games from Vancouver and many will be waiting to see who wins at the end.
#3 Enjoying winters, many people will be watching the Winter Olympic Games from Vancouver.
1. Many people will be watching the Winter Olympic Games from Vancouver between the 12th and
28th of February.
2. Many people will be watching the Olympic Games from Vancouver to support their favourite teams.
3. Many people will be watching the Olympic Games from Vancouver where the Opening and closing ceremonies will also take place.
I think I missed the mark in my previous independent clause in no.3, so here is another try:
3. Many people will be watching the Winter olympic Games from Vancouver and a lot of players will be going home with medals.
UZMA: #2--this is an independent clause; #3--this is a partial phrase (it doesn't make much sense on its own).
MAYA: #1--good; #2--another phrase--no active verb or subject; #3--Yes, a good correction, but check the punctuation;-)
