VOCABULARY, Sept. 22nd

Vocabulary building is important for both reading comprehension and writing. Use the following two words (note the part of speech) in one sentence.

evanescent (adjective) + diversification (noun)

Sara: You have used "diversification" as an adjective, but it is a noun, and "evanescent" which is an adjective is used as a noun:-(

Nadia: Using "evanescent" to describe crops is a very unusual usage--it has the sense of something that comes and goes.
