Talking about the importance of apostrophes, is Valentines Day spelled with or without an apostrophe? :-)

Milijana: Excellent, and Valentine's Day is sometimes with and sometimes without an apostrophe--I realize I wasn't consistent;-) Technically, it's better to have the apostrophe.
