VOCABULARY, Aug. 24th, 2009

Vocabulary building is important for both reading comprehension and writing. Use the following two words (note the part of speech) in one sentence.

irrevocable (adjective) + impediment (noun)

Sariyat: There's at least one word missing here--see if you can rewrite this so that the meaning is clearer.

If a contract is irrevocable when selling a home, only certain impediments may change that.
