Few people in Canada plan to travel this year because of the bad weather that happened recently in many parts of the country, and because it is expensive.
JAYA: You need to think about the difference between 'a few' and 'few'--the meaning is quite different; also check out the difference between 'to' and 'too' and note that you are missing some punctuation;-)
