Studying on my own pace is a lot of benefit for me due to I do not need to be worrying about no time for attend classes.

Studying is a lot of benefit to me because then I do not have to worry about not having time for attending classes.
Studying on my own pace, is beneficial for me, due to I don't need to worry about having time to attend classes.

Marie-France: You're on the right track; is that a typo "benefity" (there's no such word;-)). Also think about preposition usage and punctuation.
